What a way to end the week

It was bitter cold today on the Eastern Shore. Fourty degress and twenty five to thirty mile an hour winds. My oldest son has come to work with me full time now. At the end of the day we were picking up materials and tools. I had filled up a twelve foot long siding box with extra parts and I  turned to him and said “Let’s pick the box up and put in in the garage.” So I turned and started to walk to the other end and wouldn’t you know it, he picked it up as I stepped across the top of it and it hooked my foot and sent me flying through the air. As I landed he said, “You know how two people run towards each other in a meadow saying ‘I love you’ in slow motion? Well, you kind of had that look, but not even close to that graceful! You definitely had more hang time….. ha hah ha.” I will probably feel the effects when I thaw out!
