As promised here are a few pictures from yesterday. Sorry it took so long to get these up, even today was busy!
This is the Eastern Shore Books and Coffee Shop…
Dan, the producer of the BBC broadcast, at the counter in the Coffee Shop
Adam, the reporter for the BBC, infront of Mt. Olivet Church in Seaford.
See the Coffee Shop on the left? We watched the interviews all day.
It started to rain so they set up inside the Coffee Shop
Wolfbernz… think the cameras were rolling?
“SHAMELESS”
Adam Brookes and me
Dan Ryntjes and me
And, of course, me at the end of the day.
It was awesome to have the BBC in Seaford. It was refreshing to see the BBC take the time to visit a small American town, curious to show their viewers how we’ve been effected by the war in Iraq.
I also found that we, as a town, like to brag about ourselves. We told the guys about Punkin’ Chunkin’, Riverfest, and great places to go Kayaking. They seem truely interested and somewhat amused.
